Hello! I am Alun!

I’m a Certified Life Coach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. In a nutshell I help people to let go of stress, anxiety, and depression, and empower them to take back control of their life. Having lived with stress, anxiety, and depression myself, I know how debilitating, tiring, and unpleasant it can feel. I wanted to check out of life because I just couldn’t seem to see a way out of feeling so crappy every single day. But I got through it, and I’m glad I did…. that’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping people manage and get through it themselves. There really is a light at the end of the tunnel.
